This Egyptian villa was built directly onto the West bank of the Nile opposite you will see the busy hustle and bustle of the east bank and the historic Winter Palace Hotel. 

Perfectly situated on the west bank of the Nile is a large and spacious authentic Egyptian villa.

 

All 5 double bedrooms overlook the Nile, and have a bathroom, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The private swimming pool/jacuzzi has a private outdoor bathroom and changing room.

On the left is the main kitchen where all the local produce is brought to our chef to create traditional delicious meals (available throughout your stay if preferred).

The spacious hallway will take you to the two ground floor large double ensuite bedroom and twin bedroom with views of the Nile.

The marble and granite staircase leads up to a magnificent twin-domed room extending across the entire width of the front of the villa, with large windows overlooking the Nile.

 

On the left you will find an open-plan living room and on the right a dining area with a beautiful large dining table comfortably seating 10 guests.

There is one large double ensuite bedroom and one twin bed ensuite on this floor, both have windows with a view of the Nile and a balcony.

 

On the top floor is where you will find the large roof terrace and the fifth twin bedroom and bathroom.

 

Not only are the panoramic views spectacular, but this private roof terrace is perfect for breakfast, and dinner as well in the warmer months. Our housekeeper Sayeed will bring your food to the table under a domed roof with a ceiling fan. 

 

​Directly behind the villa is a private walled garden, which contains the 12 m long swimming pool, with a jacuzzi. There are also changing facilities with WC, along with an indoor and outdoor shower.

All food is locally sourced and prepared by our wonderful chef Mahmood onsite.

You can request which dishes you would like in the morning for your evening meal. 

If you prefer to go out, just let Sayeed know that morning.

There are some good local restaurants and small shops nearby.
